Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of Evara Interiors ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Ar. Priyanka Nagarajan, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Scope of Services

Evara Interiors provides residential interior design and architecture services including, but not limited to: space planning, personalised interior design, lighting design, custom furniture design, and spatial styling. The specific scope of work for each project shall be agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Consultation

An initial consultation may be offered free of charge as indicated on the website. Any follow-up consultations or detailed design sessions beyond the initial conversation will be subject to fees as communicated by us in writing prior to commencement.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• All fees for design services will be communicated in a formal proposal or quotation.
• A deposit (typically 30–50% of the agreed fee) is required before project commencement.
• Milestone payments will be defined in the project agreement.
• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may attract a delay charge as specified in the project agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. If a project is cancelled after commencement:

• Work completed to date will be billed at the agreed rate.
• Any third-party orders or commitments already placed on your behalf may not be cancellable and will remain your financial responsibility.
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the space, budget, and requirements.
• Give timely approvals and feedback to avoid project delays.
• Ensure site access for measurements, site visits, and execution as required.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, mood boards, 3D renders, and creative materials produced by Evara Interiors remain the intellectual property of Evara Interiors until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, design deliverables for your specific project are transferred to you. Evara Interiors reserves the right to use completed project images and design work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evara Interiors shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific design service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
